Lost, Stolen or Missing Packages
If your order appears delivered but you haven't received it, please check your front and back doors. If you live in a residential building, ask at reception. If you cannot find your package, please call your local post office. Office(s) and provide the tracking number. In most cases your package will be waiting for you there. If the post office cannot find your package, please contact us so we can investigate. Depending on the weight of the item, there will be a fee to send the shipping label. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
